M&A Studio – Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering from M&A Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Orders & Approvals
We provide a confirmation email after you place your order — this is when the contract is finalized.
You must verify and approve design specifications before printing. We are not liable for errors you do not flag in advance.
3. Materials & Quality
Printed items may have slight imperfections (e.g., layer lines, warping, dimensional variation); this is normal in 3D printing.
You are responsible for choosing materials fit for your intended use. We do not guarantee suitability for mechanical, thermal, or safety-critical applications.
4. Inspection & Claims
Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Report any defects within 10 days for evaluation; after that, items are deemed accepted.
Evidence (e.g., photos) is required for valid claims.
If defects are confirmed, we will repair or reprint the item at our discretion. Transportation costs for faulty items will be covered by M&A Studio.
5. Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return.
Please contact us by email (available on our website) with a photo of the issue or a clear explanation of the problem.
We will respond with return instructions and a return address. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either:
Send you a replacement free of charge, or
Issue a full refund, based on your preference.
Note: Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty products. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for other reasons.
6. Cancellations
Due to custom production, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once printing has started.
7. Liability Limitations
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit, harm from use).
M&A Studio’s total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
We assume no responsibility for misuse, reprocessing, or alterations of your items.
8. Force Majeure
Delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., machine breakdowns, shipping disruption) are not our fault.
9. Intellectual Property
You guarantee that any design files you supply don’t infringe third-party IP rights.
We reserve the right to pause or cancel orders involving unlawful or infringing content.
10. Privacy
We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Dutch/EU regulations.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions. New terms apply to orders placed after the update.
